- Poster presenters should bring their A0 posters and hang it at the designated positions specified by their PIDs.

- Oral presenters should be at their sessions at least 5 minutes before the sessions start and announce their presence to the chairmen.

- All presentations will be evaluated for best paper and best poster prizes.
